We fully understand this and are here to help you through the process of deciding if Winchester House is the one for your child, and then help you through the admissions procedure.

Age of admission

The nursery is for children aged 3 to 5

The pre-prep school is for ages 5 to 8

The preparatory is for ages 8 to 13

The nursery / pre-prep and prep schools are both located in the school grounds in delightful self-contained classrooms.

Meet the headmaster

All parents are welcome to make an appointment to meet the headmaster, Mark Seymour and his wife Andy in order to get a proper feel for the school.   At the same time it allows us to get a clear understanding of your child’s needs.   Please contact Jenny Blake on 01280 702483 to make an appointment.

Assessment

Children are assessed either on or before entry to assist with our setting procedures.
