Summer Reading Lists
The list below suggests a range of novels or anthologies for each year group that your child might enjoy reading during this holiday and into next year. An additional list will be sent in the Christmas holidays. All children will profit from continuing to read, both silently and aloud, and, whatever their age, will gain tremendous pleasure and benefit from hearing an adult read to them. This can lead to memorable and valuable discussions. The list caters for a variety of ability levels, so that everyone should find something to enjoy.
