The Lent term started well with the happy news that Charlotte Russell-Parsons had made a fabulous impression at Downe House and scooped a Head’s Scholarship on the basis of her academic papers and her interview.  George Bell then went off to King’s School, Ely, and came back triumphantly with both an Academic and a Drama scholarship.   Anastasia Brown earned a Sports Scholarship to Tudor Hall and Russell White, Angus Morton and Ben Duckett all won Sports awards to Stowe, while Henry Woodward earned a Roxburgh award as an all-rounder.   The term ended on another high with the news that William Liebrecht had won an Academic scholarship to Magdalen College School in Oxford .

With further candidates still to complete exams we are hopeful of receiving more good news toward the end of the Summer term.
