On Sunday 10th January, the boarders went to see Avatar after a morning of both Sports Hall activities and the joys of [recently re-discovered] snooker. Here are some comments from the children involved.
‘I thought that the film was stunning, the 3D making it even more captivating and breathtaking’ by Patrick Marriott.
‘I loved the film, Avatar, it was an epic film. Snooker was brilliant and very competitive’ by Hugh Campbell.
‘On Sunday 10th January we went to watch Avatar in 3D with the gappers, Mr Girling and Miss Braund. I hope we watch more films in 3D in the future. A new sport we play is snooker’ by Jamie Grayson.
