Hermione Gee won the coveted, Desert Orchid Blue Riband Working Hunter Class, at the BSPS Championships in August. With a partnership of only ten days old, on a pony called Nutty, she jumped the only clear round of a course of twenty fences. In the evening they went on to gain Reserve Champion, and receive the trophy for the most consistent 13hh working pony of the show. Hermione goes on to compete at Horse of the Year Show in October. We wish her the very best of luck.
Storm Sunderland won the tough, multi-disciplined, Pony Club Areas Tetrathlon, (cross country riding, pistol shooting, swimming and running), as a member of the Bicester with Whaddon Chase Pony Club and her brother Freddie Sunderland came 3rd in the boys' Areas Tetrathlon.
