Bloxham’s String Day

Ten of our string players participated in Bloxham’s String Day, joining 45 young musicians from neighbouring Prep Schools. Our pupils collaborated with Bloxham’s teachers and musicians in workshops, leading up to a well-received concert for parents. It was a delight to witness Mrs. Kennedy’s son, a Housian, leading the singing in a band, delivering an impressive rendition of Coldplay’s ‘Viva La Vida,’ with our young musicians skillfully playing the famous string riff. It was truly a fantastic day!
