What an incredible achievement for our WHS Year 8 Academic Scholars, who competed this week in the inaugural Stowe Group da Vinci Academic Decathlon.

Taking on 10 demanding academic disciplines, the Year 8 team worked collaboratively with impressive focus and determination throughout the day. Their hard work paid off with 1st Place in Code Breaking and Cartography – outstanding results in two highly challenging categories.

After a full day of competition, we are proud to celebrate that our Year 8 scholars secured an overall Third Place against strong competition.

Congratulations to all of our Year 8 pupils for their teamwork, resilience, and academic excellence. We are already looking forward to next year!
