IAPS U11 Hockey Tournament – Plate Winners at Bedford School

What a day for our U11 boys! Showing resilience, teamwork and determination. They battled through a tough group stage with several hard-fought draws and faced only two defeats all day, both against the eventual finalists.

As the day went on, their confidence soared and they played some of their best hockey of the season, culminating in a brilliant Plate run:

Semi-final: 2–0 win

Final: 2–0 victory

Beyond the scores, the boys were exceptional ambassadors for Winchester House – supporting one another, showing respect to umpires and opponents.

The boys’ commitment, teamwork and determination earned them well-deserved Plate gold medals. A performance the boys, staff and entire Winchester House community can celebrate!
