Rugby 7s Tournament at WHS
It was a wonderful day of Rugby 7s at Winchester House on Saturday 9th March.
We had 21 teams attend the day representing both U11 and U13 year groups. With some good weather, we were treated to some fantastic 7s Rugby, with all teams putting on a show. Congratulations to Ashfold School who won the U13 Plate Competition and Northampton School for Boys (NSB) who beat a strong Bromsgrove School to win the Cup Final.
WHS did themselves extremely proud and played some wonderful sevens Rugby. They scored some well worked tries on the day and were deserved finalists.
Winchester House is a co-educational day and boarding independent prep school in Northamptonshire, near the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire borders, for children from nursery (age 3) to year 8 (age 13).
