Warwick 7s Festival – U11s Team

U11s at Warwick 7s Festival – report from Mr T.Gray.

It was an absolute pleasure taking this group of boys to the Warwick Rugby 7s Festival today. Every single player demonstrated the key qualities we look for in our young rugby players—sportsmanship, determination, resilience, and a true fighting spirit.

Results were mixed, but I was incredibly impressed with how quickly the team improved throughout the day. Before lunch, we recorded two losses and one draw, but after the break, the boys came back stronger—securing one win, three draws, and a narrow loss to a very strong Warwick side.

There were some fantastic individual performances, with James H and Archie A standing out, but Player of the Day was awarded to Daniel J for his thunderous tackling.

Overall, a very successful day, and the boys should be extremely proud of their efforts. Well done!
