Year 3 Trip to Chedworth Roman Villa

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The day began with a fascinating tour, where we explored the incredible remains of this ancient site and discovered how the Romans lived in Britain. From underfloor heating to stunning mosaics, we saw firsthand how Roman innovations shaped daily life.

After the tour, each child had the opportunity to get creative and design their very own Roman-style mosaic, just like the ones we had seen in the villa! It was an amazing hands-on experience that truly brought our learning to life.

This trip gave us a deeper appreciation for history and a glimpse into the incredible impact of Roman inventions. A huge thank you to everyone who made this visit possible!
